Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this bank…professional, friendly, competent…nice to be treated like a person, not just an account number
Very unprofessional in the way they handle things
I had a bad encounter with Stacey Williams the supervisor. I went in to withdraw money from my account and she questioned me about every transaction in my account. At the front desk in front of everyone. That is private information and no ones business but my own. She continued to make me explain to her what the tractions were before she would give me my withdraw. Then to give me advice I did not ask for. Also her attitude when she was questioned about why it was her business was nasty and unnecessary.
Mrs. Sabrina, you were Amazing! I truly appreciate your assistance today! You have such a warming personality! Until next time!
