Very unprofessional in the way they handle things
I had a bad encounter with Stacey Williams the supervisor. I went in to withdraw money from my account and she questioned me about every transaction in my account. At the front desk in front of everyone. That is private information and no ones business but my own. She continued to make me explain to her what the tractions were before she would give me my withdraw. Then to give me advice I did not ask for. Also her attitude when she was questioned about why it was her business was nasty and unnecessary.

The simple minded employees are not professional when it comes to conducting business. I.e, a loyal customer that has been banking with that bank for over 20 years, trying to withdraw MY own money. I guess it was because I'm a black man that has access to more money than they have and wanted to withdraw a large lump sum. Non the less, that's what banking companies are hiring these days, prejudice.
Laken McFadden gave top tier service. I came in for a letter I needed, and she was able to make it happen. Although, I had to wait for period of time, I had no complaints as she was humbly taking her time helping elderly account holders.
