This bank has bad customer service-specifically inside at the tellers desk- I have a business account with this bank and multiple times I have been treated rudely-provided my id and account # and still questioned as if my account was not mine. I went there just recently after banking with them over 2yrs now- I was requested id to complete a deposit and when I asked to speak to a 2nd teller I see more frequently- Michelle- she proceeded to ask the other teller- “what do I want?”aloud while waiting in line and she is servicing... read more
Terrible customer service, along with a new ATM, that took my check that I always make into the ATM every other Wednesday. I reported what had happened to the bank teller drive thru, I explained to her what happened, in a nice manner and she totally blew me off and didnt even apolgize for what had happened she stated that it happens to customers from time to time she stated that it is a computer click. The teller gave me a fraud card and advise me to call them. I aske her why do i have to call fraud on a check that I deposit... read more
