Terrible customer service, along with a new ATM, that took my check that I always make into the ATM every other Wednesday. I reported what had happened to the bank teller drive thru, I explained to her what happened, in a nice manner and she totally blew me off and didnt even apolgize for what had happened she stated that it happens to customers from time to time she stated that it is a computer click. I deposit money for my shop every morning and every morning I actually look forward to it. The crew knows me by name and have always been friendly. Firm believer customer service takes precedence over sales and the crew at First Citizens excels at it. I appreciate all of you- Rome

Tellers are amazing, great customer service. Only time i had a problem was when i talked to a white lady in a room regarding my account and she was rude.
