Debbie the manager told us we cant open a checking account to deposit our lawsuit settlement checks, and gave a condescending attitude about it and threatened us with a 30day hold if we decided to open an account because she knew it was temporary. Dont waste yalls time with this bank. We called over the phone and she acted this way, cant imagine how she would if we showed up in person
Condescending, bluffed, and Threatened us: Called ahead and spoke with manager Debbie, regarding opening a new checking account to deposit our lawsuit settlement checks, told her we're just opening this account because they are physical checks and we cannot deposit them in a high yielding APY bank because the ones we use are not physical branches.
