why am i getting letters for services i never asked for or authorized! I never agreed to any additional nonsense just basic checking. I haven’t even activated my atm card yet and you guys are trying to pull fraudulent behavior. I will be filing a complaint with the trade commission and i want to speak with the branch manager. Terrible experience here from start to finish. Was told wrong information over and over in regards to a business account, they couldn't give me funds from a certified check I deposited for 7 whole business days. Tellers are rude and an overall horrible experience. I am taking my business and banking elsewhere.
Very rude people at the Hampstead location, I’ve never had an issue with other branches. But the employees at Hampstead are hands down some of the rudest people I’ve met.
