I've delt with many banks over the years...this bank is by far the best. My only complaint has ever been "not enough locations"...and that just keeps getting better.
Avoid banking here at all costs!! If you’re like me and weren’t able to get a better bank, be patient. A better one will accept you. Thank Goodness Navy Federal allowed me an account. First citizens will charge you $36 overdraft fees over and over for stuff that is their fault. They’ve charged me multiple fees and I tried to contest them and eventually gave up but the last time was it for me. 1 year ago I used this bank to do a currency exchange. So easy so helpful. I apologize that I didn't give a great review. Moved to Orlando and used the Winter spark services. They were horrible. Savannah branch thank you for your services.
This bank is doing scam on people, don't use this bank they are worth service ever. No stars from me to this bank.
