Avoid banking here at all costs!! If you’re like me and weren’t able to get a better bank, be patient. A better one will accept you. Thank Goodness Navy Federal allowed me an account. First citizens will charge you $36 overdraft fees over and over for stuff that is their fault. They’ve charged me multiple fees and I tried to contest them and eventually gave up but the last time was it for me. 1 year ago I used this bank to do a currency exchange. So easy so helpful. I apologize that I didn't give a great review. Moved to Orlando and used the Winter spark services. They were horrible. Savannah branch thank you for your services.

We had visited First Citizens Bank January 2022, just before moving to Savannah. My daughter was trying to decide - buy a house, or invest..? She ended up buying a house. With that choice, we kept our accounts with Wells Fargo and 5th/3rd and moved from north Georgia to Savannah. As the months passed, we noticed issues with both "big banks".
