Always a welcoming smile and friendly helpful tellers. Even for technologically challenged seniors.
What people don't realize is that the banks have certain policies and procedures in place to protect the bank and to protect the customer..This office has been nothing but nice every time I go in, the whole staff is friendly and welcoming and professional.
This bank is terrible. I opened an account and had nothing but rude service from all the Tellers. I will be talking all my money out and doing business elsewhere. Trust me don't do business with them.
Went to this branch to cash an insurance check that was endorsed by all parties. The teller with short tapered hair that could be a man basically accused me of signing my husbands name to the check because she was so worried about who the other joint owners were on my other accounts. First of all I have contacted my attorney and she was clearly in the wrong with this whole situation or trying to handle things her way so chances are you won’t be seeing much more of her when we go to court.
My favorite bank by far! The staff here is fantastic, always being extremely polite and making me feel like a person not just a customer. Thank you all for always making me feel welcome! Cheers!
