I’ve been banking here for decades. The staff have remained helpful and pleasant.
Great
Horrible bank. They printed my money order on a check with invalid numbers (basically a dead check) , no one answers the phone, they can not look up your account information by you name (even when you present an ID), their hours of operation are inconvenient, the tellers give you attitude, there is a fee and a charge for EVERYTHING, etc.... never have had such an issue with a financial institution. Especially one that is supposed to care and help service members of the armed forces.
