Absolutely terrible 8 times out of 10. No more use of deposit slips, and they no longer cash checks. So I can't take my pay and deposit some and cash out some gas money, they will only deposit the full amount. Go to the ATM and hour later and it's there. Rubbish
I want to give them 5 stars for previous business, but how do you lose my replacement bank card 2 times in a row??????? It’s been over a month since I’ve made the first request for one. I have called managers, showed up in person, and used the online help. I literally cannot pay rent this month until I get a card. I’m looking at other bank alternatives as we speak
