Took the bank almost two months to send me a replacement debit card for my old one that expired on the first of September. Called and explained the situation concerning delivery of the card to multiple associates and even a teller. All of them acted like I was speaking an alien language. I don’t know if everybody there just so happened to be completely new on that day or what,but you people clearly need better training.
Staff is always polite and time efficient. Been banking with them since I’ve been able to open an account. Never had an issue.
