WOW!!!!!! This is the RUDEST BANK IN AMERICA!!!!! The Black headed Teller is From the bottomless pit!!!!! And Both Managers let her by with being the nastiness Rudess hatefulness discussed personally she can give to the customers!!!!!!! She should be Fired along with both of them and there unprofessionally by letting such an out of control attitude disrespectful hatefulness teller work in a Public Service position!!!!!
Took the bank almost two months to send me a replacement debit card for my old one that expired on the first of September. Called and explained the situation concerning delivery of the card to multiple associates and even a teller. All of them acted like I was speaking an alien language. I don’t know if everybody there just so happened to be completely new on that day or what,but you people clearly need better training.
