I always have a very good experience with this bank. Staff is always helpful, and polite! Recently we had to verify check from different bank from another state and to deposit a check on our account, and a woman was very helpful to make this call to that bank to verify our check (she found a number by herself ) and deposited to our account successfully. And Everytime I contact this bank I receive help and service. Thank you

First of all, I am a new homeowner in SC. The website are not “User Friendly” You have several pages that gives me no access to a phone number, or an address. Same thing I find on the streets. If I didn’t have GPS, I would not know how to navigate around the state. Street names a limited, ads don’t get to the point: give me a phone number or an address, and I will find you. SMH!!! Yikks!!
