Very poor communication, front desk was very rude.
I have been with them for over 25 years never had a single issue with them.. till today, started putting my checks on hold for 5 business day.. for what.. Thats what happens when little banks get bought out. Not a big fan on big banks.. worst customer service and they dont care about you.
Very friendly. Willing to take the extra time with you never in a rush to get you out. Always have plenty of staff available for your needs
