I have been with them for over 25 years never had a single issue with them.. till today, started putting my checks on hold for 5 business day.. for what.. Thats what happens when little banks get bought out. Not a big fan on big banks.. worst customer service and they dont care about you.

Very friendly. Willing to take the extra time with you never in a rush to get you out. Always have plenty of staff available for your needs

This branch has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I went in to have a document notarized, and a young lady barely glanced at the paper before quickly handing it back, saying, "I can't read Spanish." Not only was the document not in Spanish, but every sentence had an English translation directly below it. Absolutely unbelievable.

I called 2 different numbers try to talk to a live person. No one answered the phone. I went in the branch office and saw FOUR tellers at the windows. I asked for the routing number. She rattled it off so fast I had to ask her to repeat it. I told her about not being able to get anyone to answer the phone. She said, well we've been busy as she pushed her plate of snacks out of my view.

Wrote a check to a young man who did work for me. Bank wouldn’t cash it. I called and provided all details and then said I had to accept their call when he went to bank. I’m running a farm with poor cell service. Can’t sit around waiting for their call. Then they were rude and unhelpful. Voided the check. Very poor service. No customer service. No problem solving. Rude and unprofessional
