I have been with First Citizen Bank for about 18 years. I have had great experience with both the employees and the bank. Employees are very helpful and respectful.

Worst branch location !
Believe in the 1.8 star rating. The incompetence level is abnormal. I'm glad I don't Bank there. I went to cash a check and i left with fewer brain cells. Their level of incompetence will cost you a few brain cells too. I feel sorry for those that have to deal with them every often. First Citizens needs to GET RID of the manager and retrain the staff. Laziness & incompetence starts from above.
