Always make us feel like home, perfect timing when it's busy.
Bank has gotten to big, it's hard to call and talk to someone everything is a terrible phone system that keeps saying a whole bunch of useless crap when you call in. I don't need my balance I have web and app for that why do I always have to listen to it when calling. I seldom call (once a year or less) but this last time I had to do a stop payment for a check lost in the mail sent out by bill pay. It really is disrespectful to be contacted for an interview and then have me set aside a time to do such interview and THEY STAND ME UP?!!! I could have done something else with that time you made me throw away. Then send a EMAIL saying they chose someone else but didn't even interview me after they contacted me. Why bother me wanting to interview me when you didnt? I'm glad I didn't get the job because I wouldn't waste my time anymore working for a company so unreliable .
