Very nice tlers
I have been a customer for over 20 years with First Citizens bank but this location has ruined my whole experience with them. When I had a couple questions about my deposit being deposited they were rude and rushed me off the phone. I will be there tomorrow to collect my "lil 4k" that I have with them and will be closing my account. Manager I spoke to on the phone was horrible. Please don't waste your time or money with this bank!!!
