Terrible place, disgusting customer service. I was a customer here and they towed my car after having to wait in the bank for an hour for someone to help me! This place is horrible and the tow company said it was the bank who called! Easy to say I’m closing ALL my accounts with them. Please don’t come here and definitely do not park here
Josh Kaplan is a terrible commercial banker at First Citizens. Avoid First Citizens Bank for commercial real estate transactions. Having purchased multiple properties, this was by far the worst transaction I have been involved in.
