People of color do not receive the same level of service here, would not recommend visiting this branch location. Unless you want to support a business who mistreats people who are different, who are solely discriminated based off a certain stereotype. This bank is 100% about profit and 0% about local customers and community. I'd recommend them to anyone residing in North Carolina.
This bank sucks. So its December and of course all throughout the yr I'll save change and come December I count it and roll it,up to take,into the bank to be cashed in. Well I come,to,this bank and,the lady said we don't give u cash for anything over 100 dollars in change.. I was like u gotta be kidding right. Its change and already rolled and you mean I can't cash it in,for cash. She said nope not here at this bank.. Never heard of such thing in my life

I switched banks to First Citizens in the past year. I wish I'd have switched sooner! I love how friendly everyone is, and how kind and helpful they are whether you need a few hundred dollars in a pinch or you need advice on investing. Every person I've encountered there truly seems customer-centered and genuine regardless of your financial worth. Thanks for making banking kind (and knowledgeable).

Do not get First Citizen Bank Gift cards! They are actually a gift to the bank! You put $100 on them and the bank takes a piece every month till there is a balance of zero! My son wanted to use it for college expenses and was told there was no balance. Use American express gift cards instead. They do not take your money. This bank is a rip off!
