Inconvenient hours, poor service (from the manager), poor systems. The main line and local branch admitted they accidentally had me in the incorrect account accruing fees. They only offered to refund a partial amount, then retracted the offer once I stated I wished to close the account (the account that took over $300 of overdraft/ service fees from their mistake) I wouldn’t have had overdraft fees if they weren’t charging service fees. Horrible bank, super inconsistent, one week your check will deposit when it’s suppose to, next week they’ll hold it for two days. Started getting my paper check from my job so I could get the money on payday and they will cash it for me one week then the next week give me issues. If you need your money when you get paid, get a different bank.
