Call my boss every time I cash my check, Pain in the ass
I came into this branch at 4:25 to speak with a manager regarding an issue caused by First Citizens. I was directed to come in after spending hours on the phone trying to resolve this. The manager (Sandy Darling) said she couldn’t help me because she was busy and told me to “enjoy my sit” and she’d make me leave at 5. Horrible service.
Great place to bank and many convenient locations.
Was greeted soon as i walked through the door ! I felt welcomed by the ladies at the counter. Tammie helped me opened my checking account , she was very knowledgeable, friendly ,& quick to answer questions that I had. I left with a smile and that made me happy!
