This branch has completely went down hill in the past year or so. The new manager Amy is never in office and most times the tellers have no idea when she might be in or if she will even be in at all. And if you so happen to catch her, she has the door shut and ignores a lobby full of customers. I usually use this branch atleast once a week to deposit my check. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in a financial setting from one worker. Lady inside named Amelia was very rude and unprofessional. She has no manners for the customers. The other ladies in the office are very sweet and very kind. Greet you when you come in the door. Management needs to give the rude lady an attitude adjustment or find someone that can be nice to customers instead of running clientele away
