Can I please give this bank zero stars. I’ll never do business with this company again. I have been sitting in the waiting area for an hour. There are at least four people in the offices with no customers but yet I’m still sitting here. These people do not care about you time only your money

Bit of a wait, but the associate who helped us was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
I visited and was truly impressed with the tellers as well as the office personnel, esp Mr Daniel Eubanks, Sr Financial Services Rep. The tellers were working on what appeared to be a group training and acknowledged that they'd be with us shortly. There were about 6 customers in line. After about 5 minutes, the tellers returned to their perspective work area and called for the customers. They were so professional, polite, and prompt.
