Great place to do banking! Friendly service and helpful staff. I highly recommend First Citizens on Hoffmeyer.
Bit of a wait, but the associate who helped us was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
I visited and was truly impressed with the tellers as well as the office personnel, esp Mr Daniel Eubanks, Sr Financial Services Rep. The tellers were working on what appeared to be a group training and acknowledged that they'd be with us shortly. There were about 6 customers in line. After about 5 minutes, the tellers returned to their perspective work area and called for the customers. They were so professional, polite, and prompt. Horrible bank. I would be writing for days to tell you all the bad about this bank. They have a VERY slow transaction process and fees are horrible. They take their money but hold on to yours. Not a good bank for small businesses. Overdraft protection is not really protection for you but more for them to take your money. BEWARE BEWARE. Close your account now or don’t even waste your time or money opening an account with them. Employees are all LAZY AND LIARS! Scammers
