We deposited over \$35,000 in First citizens our first year with them, then \$125,000 last year, so far they have denied us for a \$7,500 business loan, that would have secured a piece of equipment that last year would have picked up a contract to seal a 2 year contract @ \$125,000 a year. Then they lost a 31 page business plan/proposal, financial statements proving a business was bringing in over \$90,000 and netting over \$50,000 a year, we asked for the \$15,000 loan and they lost the application and we missed out on a gr... read more

Its amazing how they know are names and company employees I love that in a bank... Great job folks keep it up.
We have a business, and the people at this bank are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions we have. We also have all of our personal accounts with them now as well! Love this bank and highly recommend it to all.
