Getting in and out of here is a pain
On 7/3/24 the only person that was helpful nice or really working was the girl at the drive thru. No one in there smiles or speaks to the customers. I’m glad the majority of my banking needs are at SECU.
This Branch is the Best of all First Citizens Banks. Great Staff!!
Highly recommend this location, over the Wendell location. Barbara is very helpful, patient and kind. Kiana is also great! Thank you, ladies!
Your employees are nice & but they need to pay more attention on what’s they do I have a personal account & business account every time I withdraw I put the acc# on the withdraw slip & they always end up withdrawing on the other I account i don’t want !!! I definitely put the #s there so I think they need to re train there employees please be careful if you have multiple accounts
