Good people to deal with
By far the worst FCB I've visited. They tried to say I couldn't withdraw my money because my signature didn't match perfectly to the one they had on file from a decade ago, even though all other info could be verified. I'd suggest taking your money to another financialinstitution, at least other banks will let you withdraw from your accounts
The tellers in Lenoir are different every time I go there. They are all so slow and except for the drive in teller they are so impersonal. I used to enjoy going there but now it is a hassle and takes way to long.
Having to change bank my account is not what it use to be less protection with my account
