Kimberly at this branch was absolutely terrific. She helped me when the albuquerque branch was going through some building trouble. She went above and beyond and I honestly haven't received customer service like that in a very long time. I'm absolutely calling this branch back to speak with a manager to make sure Kimberly gets some points (or a raise like companies should do since customer service like hers is so rare).
