They wont let me claim my mother's account. They make things up saying its a joint account when all of her paperwork has only her name on it. This is the worst place to bank.
This is the best bank I've ever had everyone is very polite and helpful
Do not do Business with this bank, they no longer have any customer service skills and basically all branch personnel are just parrots for whatever the computer tells them they could care less about the individual or any small business.
