If you are looking for a business loan of any type, don’t even attempt here. They won’t call you back and when you finally talk to someone they basically aren’t interested even taking information. How Danielle still has a job doing that is beyond me. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen at any bank
The Manager Rob and staff are absolutely amazing. If you have had a bad interaction with this branch in the past give them another try. They work as a team and laugh and have a great time. Very professional and the best bank in Lenoir.
The manager Rob is rude. The first encounter I had with him I decided not to leave a review but after the second one I knew it was a must. In addition I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint. My husband and I will never bank with this company again just because of him.
I have never waited in line so long in my entire life. Been with this bank for 38 years. These are the slowest people I have ever dealt with. Will never use this location again.
