I’ve had accounts at first citizens for over 15 years but no longer. Incredibly unhelpful. And the tellers are always unpleasant
Terrible customer service and very rude staff. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience for asking for assistance. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
