worst bank experience i have ever encountered!!! i needed statements from 2023 year also needed my 2022 statements but the bank somehow couldn’t provide them to me. i had to pay almost $100 to get my 2023 statements. the bank couldn’t use my debit card so i had to go to the atm and give them cash i did not get a receipt didn’t think i would need one since a bank should be reputable!!! i waited almost a month for my statements when i never got a phone call i called the bank who proceeded to tell me i never paid for the statem... read more
