This bank is inconsistent. The “rules” seem to be different for everyone that works the drive thru. I have had more fraud activity than I can count and problems with the online banking. Customer service is “meh”. I banked with them for a while and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was my last straw. I recommend a bank where the employees are all on the same page and your hard earned money is protected with no doubts.
They wouldn't approve me for a checking account, garbage of a bank!
No wonder my Grandfather was with First Citizens Bank for so many years. I recommend this location & staff. The First Citizens application is amazing and user friendly.
