Worst Customer service in Brevard! There are way better options to bank with in the area! Know multiple people who have closed out there accounts here!
This bank is inconsistent. The “rules” seem to be different for everyone that works the drive thru. I have had more fraud activity than I can count and problems with the online banking. Customer service is “meh”. I banked with them for a while and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was my last straw. I recommend a bank where the employees are all on the same page and your hard earned money is protected with no doubts.
They wouldn't approve me for a checking account, garbage of a bank!
