Hi I'm warning all.people do not bank at First Citizens bank. Please go to a credit union for your own good. I signed for a business loan and by the end of the agreement I received a massive end of lease fee and they very "accidentally" did not make it clear to me about that fee before I signed and of course it was in the contract hidden within pages of documents. Terrible bank! The sales pitch was good but nothing that was promised happened! When I call my rep to get anything done, my emails go unnoticed or unresponsive. When my HYS was ending, I got no indication and they acted like no big deal that I was not made aware or that I went from 5% to .0001%. There is no “account rep” despite what they say. And after finally being fed up, I have asked for my accounts to be closed THREE times, and they not only have NOT been closed and my emails ignored, but fees are accruing in the weeks ... read more
