This bank denied a family member access to her own money, even after she verified the purpose of the withdrawal and confirmed it was not connected to a scam. The fact that another First Citizens branch handled the exact same transaction without an issue suggests the employees and branch manager at this location need additional training. If you want to be able to access and use your own money without having to explain and justify your personal financial decisions, then please bank elsewhere.
some of the tellers I mostly use drive-through are very helpful and knowledgeable. They've been there for a while. There has been a great deal with management turnover and they often have inexperienced management. Due to this inexperienced, I have had no access to online banking because they can't get my new phone number in the system and now they've blocked me out of my online account due to putting in the wrong phone number.
