The people who work here are wonderful, but the structure of the company itself is horrible. Make decisions without confronting the account holder. Will not recommend the company itself!!
You have to talk to a teller just to check your balance,takes for ever because they ask a million security questions. Need to make an automated service so this goes faster,do better!

First Citizens Bank is one of my favorite places to do business with. The manager as well as ALL of the associates/ladies that work there are very friendly, pleasant, and professional. When you walk through the doors, they make you feel at home!!!
