Two stars because they at least sat down with us to discuss options for a trip we'd like to take. Was told, "Let me get started on throwing an itinerary together and I'll reach out after a couple days to talk details." Well, after waiting over two weeks without any communication, I guess we won't be hearing from anyone after all. Guess we will have to look elsewhere.
Just went on an over night trip to NYC. IT WAS FANTASTIC
