I really wish that the manager, Kim, would have just tried to listen & been a little more patient instead of not listening & assuming she knew exactly what I wanted to ask & why. The office is very nice & friendly, but the manager Kim, in very dismissive & a little rude when she thinks you are of no benefit to her.
