I really wish that the manager, Kim, would have just tried to listen & been a little more patient instead of not listening & assuming she knew exactly what I wanted to ask & why. The office is very nice & friendly, but the manager Kim, in very dismissive & a little rude when she thinks you are of no benefit to her. I did ask her to please stop & just wait for me to finish my question &/or statement. She said, "No! I can not! I am telling you about other places because I can't help you!!"
