My wife and I have used First Choice (Princess Ave. location) for many years to prepare and file our returns. Due to that location closure, I brought mine into the Wallace St location last year and was happy with the results. Unfortunately, this year when I contacted them, I was told there would be an additional $25 per return for digital communication. In this day and age, I find this outrageous. Terrible customer service to both my daughter and I. Very condescending and bad attitude when speaking to me. After doing my husband and my 2023 taxes, I was told to call back to see if they got my 2024 T4s . After so much confusion to get this info I was put on hold and was cut off. When I told the lady I was cut off she immediately responded with no you weren't "she" put you on hold! But I told her I was cut off as to why I had to call back. Not one to write reviews but the ladies here were so nice to me and helped me with all my questions. Walked in and got everything done within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience thank you guys again for everything 🤍
