I do not recommend this place I dropped my taxes off in January maybe early February it's July 23 and I can't get her to answer my text or call I just want my paperwork back so I can take it to someone who want my business it's obvious that she cannot answer a text or answer a call if you read this Desiree please answer a text with an appointment of when I can get my paperwork back
Desiray does not respond to emails or phone calls. We filed our taxes with her last year, she completed them late resulting in us getting a penalty, which she then said she filed a form to waive. A year later that penalty was sent to collections. We have documentation stating she was taking care of this and of course now we have not heard back from her. I do not recommend this business and would not use her again to file taxes on time.
Very fast and easy.
I've been coming the last 2 years to this business and the service is very good.
