I had my taxes amended and received a letter from IRS stating they didn’t receive the ppwk needed I reached out to Desiree and she promptly said she was going to resend what they needed. It’s been over a couple of months without a response to confirm that has been done. She did confirm that she received the form again, and I have used her for years idk what’s going on besides her being closed for the season. I wish she would keep up with responding with her clients.

Desiray does not respond to emails or phone calls. We filed our taxes with her last year, she completed them late resulting in us getting a penalty, which she then said she filed a form to waive. A year later that penalty was sent to collections. We have documentation stating she was taking care of this and of course now we have not heard back from her. I do not recommend this business and would not use her again to file taxes on time.
