We had a horrible experience with First Choice. We turned in everything in plenty of time for our taxes to be completed by the 15th. It took forever. We had a horrible time communicating or getting in contact with the person doing our taxes. Then I was told of several things I could no longer deduct, that I have been deducting for years.
