Great service, right on time, friendly, helpful, and secure.
If you want to file incomplete and late and be stressed out then this is the tax preparer for you. They lost documents, didn't show up on time for our appointment and couldn't complete the filing on time despite months to prepare. Run from this company and find an alternate preparer or CPA.
We had a horrible experience with First Choice. We turned in everything in plenty of time for our taxes to be completed by the 15th. It took forever. We had a horrible time communicating or getting in contact with the person doing our taxes. Then I was told of several things I could no longer deduct, that I have been deducting for years. We ended up having to file an extension. Go in for additional meetings which I did not mind that. Our tax person we have been using retired.
