After breaking my ankle on a trail run, I was eager to get onto a program that would speed healing, minimize downtime and maintain as much strength as possible during recovery. Even though I saw Jason quite early in the recovery process for a bone break, he tailored a plan for different stages of recovery that took my goals into account. I’ve already had great results from his program and would definitely see Jason for any future fine tuning.
