Kelley has been invaluable for my family and now a friends family. She helped us place both my grandmother and my mother in law. I cannot say enough GREAT things about First Choice and Todd & Kelley Goodman. With so many placement companies and resources out there, it is hard to know who to trust. Kelley has helped with both my grandma AND my mom as well as my husband’s aunt. Each situation was different/unique and Kelley was able to quicky assess the needs for each person and help us find the right place. My MIL was being discharged from a rehab facility and we had about a week to find a board & care facility for her. Kelley was outstanding in every way through the journey of locating a placement for my husband. From the first call to the last call she was insightful and empathetic in assisting and meeting our needs. She had excellent rapport with all of the board and care homes and assisted living facilities. She was well respected by the owners of the care facilities.
