I had been working with this company for years on Wedding invites during covid - they have somehow lost my file and insist that I pay the set up fee again for something that was already paid for. They only work at their convenience and do not value their customers or things that have already been paid for because of their lack of office keep. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SAME THING MULTIPLE TIMES.

I did not receive quality graduation invitations from this business. The product was comparable to Walmart. I submitted high quality images from a professional photographer, but the images on the invitations were dark and blurry. I received them after promised delivery date, so I had no choice but to go ahead and send them out.
