I booked a photobooth and audio guestbook for my wedding at a bridal expo. The attendant at the wedding was very kind but the service after has been horrible. I was sent the digital images from the photobooth and was told that the audio guest book voicemails were in the same folder which they were not. Buyer Beware: I thought this was an amazing product to have at my wedding and put the deposit down at a bridal show. I then put additional money on it a few months later. Unfortunately my wedding has been canceled and I have been trying to contact this company since June, it is now November to confirm cancelation and try and recoup my additional payment (not the deposit). I have emailed and called with no response.

They will not return my phone call or send me my digital photos that I paid for in my wedding package. The guy they sent was outside on his phone for most of the evening, they brought the wrong backdrop and the machine was not printing pictures. Horrible customer service.

we booked this company for our wedding and they did not show up. I confirmed with them throughout the year and a half of wedding planning, up until the day before our wedding. Nobody showed up. edit: they reached out after I posted this review and explained that attendant ended up in the hospital which they were unaware of. They have offered a full refund but it has taken over a month to receive it. When he issued the refund, it was not for the full amount. I have had to follow up 5 times now.
