They have replaced lifetouch at my son's school. I was shocked they wanted $35 for one digital download. That seems high & much more expensive than lifetouch. He had band and football pics the same day. They must have positioned him to look directly into the sun for both sets of pics. The group photos are equally as bad. The proofs for both group photos are so distorted I can't determine which one my son looks best in. I reached out many days ago to see if I could see a better proof of photos but did not get a response.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH FIRST CHOICE PHOTOGRAPHY. THEY NO SHOWED MY WEDDING AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I booked First Choice for their photobooth services and for their audio guest book for my July wedding and after confirming multiple times the date and set up time, no one showed up with the Photo Booth or audio guest book for my wedding. I booked a photobooth and audio guestbook for my wedding at a bridal expo. The attendant at the wedding was very kind but the service after has been horrible. I was sent the digital images from the photobooth and was told that the audio guest book voicemails were in the same folder which they were not. I communicated this to them and they sent me a separate link that only contained 4 of the voicemails. Once again I communicated this issue to them and I have heard nothing back. Buyer Beware: I thought this was an amazing product to have at my wedding and put the deposit down at a bridal show. I then put additional money on it a few months later. Unfortunately my wedding has been canceled and I have been trying to contact this company since June, it is now November to confirm cancelation and try and recoup my additional payment (not the deposit). I have emailed and called with no response.
