Our local school district switched to this company for whatever reason and since then I haven't been able to get one quality picture! The heartbreaker are my daughter's graduation pictures...of the moment she received her diploma are absolutely HORRIBLE! They used lighting that washed her out, the black gowns are not black, the whole photo is so washed out you might as well sent me a white piece of photo paper. I booked them at a bridal show a little over a year before my wedding and they had good reviews. Two weeks before my wedding I email them trying to get a proof of what the photo template I chose and edited was going to look like. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times. When you call their voice machine along with any information on their website does NOT inform you what their business hours are, they just tell you that your call is not in their business hours. Was at a wedding September 27th. Photo Booth was out of order for more than an hour due to computer issues and photos were blurry. The employee, Brooke, had no idea how to resolve the issues and could not get a hold of the business owner. Poor bride was in distress. As a wedding planning bride myself i would not hire, I would steer clear!!
