Was at a wedding September 27th. Photo Booth was out of order for more than an hour due to computer issues and photos were blurry. The employee, Brooke, had no idea how to resolve the issues and could not get a hold of the business owner. Poor bride was in distress. As a wedding planning bride myself i would not hire, I would steer clear!!
Do not book this company. I was hesitant to write a review but after seeing other people with similar issues, I wanted to share our experience as well. We booked them for a photo booth for our wedding. They did show up but the attendant apparently did not direct our guests to actually sign the guest book with their photo that was sitting on the table. I had issues with school pictures last year and they were resolved. Due to this I decided to try again this year and purchase school pictures and once again I am having issues with communication. I have sent several emails. I spent $159.00 on school pictures. I inquired several times about two questions and one was answered the other was not, I am still waiting to hear back about my three image downloads and having them resent to me after retouches are completed so I can download them which are included in the packages purch... read more
I needed to cancel my Photo Booth for a wedding that was called off. I tried contacting them for over 3 months through voicemail, email, chat. I continued to get confirmation emails for the event. I never received a refund or any communication at all.
They have replaced lifetouch at my son's school. I was shocked they wanted $35 for one digital download. That seems high & much more expensive than lifetouch. He had band and football pics the same day. They must have positioned him to look directly into the sun for both sets of pics. The group photos are equally as bad. The proofs for both group photos are so distorted I can't determine which one my son looks best in. I reached out many days ago to see if I could see a better proof of photos but did not get a response.
