Both Jacinta and Roberta were amazing in my home buying experience. As a first time home buyer it was very challenging and discouraging however they were both consistently reassuring me and working effortlessly to ensure this process was as smooth as it could possibly be. I don’t think it would have been possible without them.
Terrible poor customer service, Closing was delayed due to negligence. Poor communication, which Lead to lots of misunderstanding. If you're not communicating with your client that's terrible alone. Terrible experience even the day of closing. Maybe smaller home loans aren't welcomed here or wanted, reasoning for my negligence along this process. Just felt totally neglected, Overlooked, and hurt by this entire process dealing with this company ☹️ can't say I would recommend them to my worst enemy.
