During the process of buying our home, one of the best decisions we made was choosing to work with First Choice. My wife and I have owned our home for 12 years. Our equity has increased yearly, but so has our credit card debt. In addition, our line of credit came due 3 months ago. Our payment went from interest only at $400.00 to over $1,500.00 per month.
