Become to big not as customer friendly as use to be. Feels like you just get pushed threw. No greeting when walking in.
Terrible service, will not return. Main issue for my visit was ignored, even after explaining on three separate occasions, and also a detailed email. My two follow-up emails were completely ignored. They simply didn't want to do the work. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your tax needs.
