Been with this credit union since the early 1980’s. Good rates, low fees and excellent customer service.
Dumb as a box of rocks is an understatement. Seems like no one here wants to actually do their jobs or have the right info to offer . Can not wait to never have to bank here again .
I do not recommend this banking institution. There is constant misinformation in regards to policy. We were told we have to cancel both cards for recent fraud only to find out not only was one card not cancelled but it wasn’t even necessary to cancel both cards. The teller seemed to forget that she’s the only who told us she was going to cancel both cards to begin with. They do not print their cards in house this needing to wait a week for replacement.
