Everything is outdated. I am sorry I bank with them.
I didn't have a problem with CU until I went online to look for statements and noticed I no longer had an account with them. I initially opened account to pay off car loan and when that was paid off there was only $19 in account, but I personally never closed account. When my concerns for a refund were passed to mngt they said my money could not be returned because it was collected as a fee for not having a set amount in account. I was never informed or contacted about fee. I was never contacted about account being closed. B... read more
