I had an issue with a car title that had a loan from this bank. Every time I called I got an employee named Karen. It was a confusing mess (almost entirely my fault) and they were very patient. I can't say thank you enough for getting this resolved. Karen also deserves a raise ;)
They have always been there for us. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. I've been with them for nearly 30 years. Always got excellent service.
