We hauled the freight for over 4,000 miles, provided proper service, covered all the expenses, fuel costs, and everything else and now they are cynically refusing to pay our $6,000, basically trying to strong-arm us. We call them and they mock us openly, telling us directly that they “don’t have the money” and won’t pay because their boss is having surgery. Looks like the start process bankruptcy ,no payments for a few months, they still posting a load on Central dispatch and keep making money!!!

The team at First Choice are great. We've used them as business partner in moving hundreds of our customers cars all over the country. Prices have always been fair, communication has been great, and the staff has always been friendly.

We are a transportation company, US Partners Inc. On 11/18/2025, First Choice USA Inc hired us to transport two handicap-accessible vehicles from Maryland to Kansas. The vehicles were delivered safely and in good condition. Despite successful completion of the job, payment has not been made to date.
