Got my catalytic converter stolen. Took my car to first choice and within the day he got the part, made the repair, and had coordinated with GEICO to get me my money. 10/10.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service I received at this auto shop. Prad and Jeet were not only honest, but they truly went above and beyond to address what my vehicle needed. Their pricing is fair, and they saved me thousands of dollars, which made a huge difference for me. I am outraged by my experience with First Choice Auto Repair & Brakes. After getting a second opinion on my brakes, I was told that the work recommended by First Choice was completely unnecessary and that they were attempting to take advantage of me. To make matters worse, I was charged $45 just for them to look at my brakes, was not given a receipt, and watched as the employee took the cash and pocketed it. Great shop
My car broke (serpentine belt) over Thanksgiving and I was worried I wasn’t going to find a place that would be able to fix it fast over the holiday—I was so wrong. Called Friday, First Choice Auto Repair said come in Saturday morning, and they fixed it before noon and charged next to nothing. Highly recommend their service and their prices.
