Second time taking my hybrid for repair. I had been taking my car to our neighborhood mechanic for years, however in part due to the main owner retiring recently as well as not being able to even get my vehicle in to be looked at, I started looking elsewhere and I can honestly say I'm relieved to have found a reliable shop like First Choice Auto. They are very reasonably priced and have always taken me in quickly with a good turnaround time. No upselling of other things just what needs to be fixed. I've been going to them for years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
I recently had the best experience I have EVER had at an auto repair shop here. My catalytic converter was stolen last week, and I initially went to a different nearby mechanic who quoted me a very price and told me that the repair wouldn’t be possible for 3-6 months due to the part being on nationwide back order.
