I. have my retirement account there. GOOD friendly people.
Not a fan of the way they treat their customers. I have been in account holder since I was a teenager… 25 years or so. Only at this location do they put holds on my checks for a random number of days. They have no standard operating procedure and leave it up to the individual teller to determine hold length. The tellers nor branch manager were able to tell me the reason why my checks were being held. My other bank never holds my checks. I have had loans through this bank and never missed a payment.
