This has been my choice of banking for half a century. All branches are equally efficient and friendly. First Choice by name and and my choice forever.
They really are the worst they got my card information stolen and they refuse to give me a new card to work and I have been a member since my late husband worked in the middle of the 1986
No wonder their rating is this low. Horrible customer service. Just because the employees that work there have miserable working/oersonal conditions it doesn't mean they get to be condescending and treat people poorly. Horrible place
